Time flies, it's our 6th years since we been together. Another 4 more months is our 1st wedding anniversary! Gosh....... really fast!

Each year of our anniversary/birthday, we will celebrate out of Singapore. But this year we plan to celebrate all the special occasions at our lovely sanctuary home! Finally, we gotten our home sweet home ^_^ Always feel bless to have our own nest. Just the 2 of us, awaiting for our little angel to join us when the time is ready :)

Hubby very sweet, he bought me a bag this year! As for me, a candle light home cook food is a gift from me :-P Sorry hubby, budget constraint I never buy anything *sob sob*.

Though I'm not a fans of Kate Spate, but this design caught my eyes! Hubby always know my taste and he will never get something wrong for me! Love you hubby! *muaks~~

Move in our new house about a month, finally tested my new 'toy' today. Had bought this toy since March, imagine been 2 months I left it aside without touching it! *tsk tsk*

After charged, Windows setup in process!

Since is new machine, nothing install yet thus processor running smoothly and fast! Have to test it out in later time.. But I guess it won't disappoint me - since I paid so much to buy 'it'!

06.05.2010 - JP Morgan Corporate Challenge'2010

Today is the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge 2010 - 5.6km. Our company participate in this event and I signed up as well together with my whole team. Though I'm not a regular runner, just wanted to try!

The run started at 6pm. Our company members gather at Suntec basement at 5pm before walking over to the starting point - Explanade Bridge. Initially about 30 employees signed up, but ended up less than 20 peoples turns up! Gosh...... Some sales people couldn't make it in last minutes due to business trip. Such a waste...

The Corporate run was very happening, 11,753 participants from 369 companies, 18% increases compare to year 2009. The run was quite fun, but there are few turns that participants couldn't run at all, have to stop and walk slowly due to the big crowds. And due to the crowds, even run, we have to run zig zag........ like 'S', painful right?

I only managed to conquer 4.1km, where my colleague & myself walked about 1.5km! Haha, the weather is killing us! The weather was so hot and humid! I even have a hard time to breathe! Only manage to finish the dotted line by 1 hour, damn slow..... but we enjoy the run very much. Seldom have such good chance to gather together with the whole team. Fun fun~

My colleague Mervin, managed to finished by 45min! Well done! While James make it by 50min! Haha, couldn't imagine a heavy smoker & drinker man can run within this time line :x, pray he don't read this, else he gonna !@#$% me! Haha..... Claps claps for everybody!

I heard someone called me when I reached the dotted line, is hubby! Hubby so sweet! He come to support me and hooray for me by completing the run, and snap my photos! Sweet sweet! Thank you hubby! Muaks!

And this is my boss :P We both walked 1.5km together and speed up our run for the final 0.6km! :P

We head down to Harry's Bar after the run, to celebrate our run and of course to chill up ourselves after the sweaty run!

Remember my new look in 2009? Which was my curl hair........ this year, plan to try a new look on myself! Has been talking about this since last year but due to my wedding on Sept 2009, thus I kept my super long hair for my big day.

Now, finally wedding party is over. Decided firmly to cut off my hair, give me a new fresh look! :) My stylist Steven, had choose 2 hair style that suit me when I reached his shop. He can't wait to cut short my hair due to my long hair has been with me for so many years, he just wanted me to try new style! Haha.........

Hubby backed from business trip! Yeah~

Today is the last day of IT fair, hubby wanted to go to sign for Starhub deal (for our new house) and buy my laptop too. Hubby rushed back just for this! My old toy has crashed few months back *sob sob*, after used for more than 5 years, it's finally died :(

IT fair has started since Friday. And since today is the last day, expected - extremely crowded! Gosh, imagine the entrance of Suntec City is jam with human, and the Republic Food Court are totally jam up! Damn, can't even walk properly...... this is how people grab their stuffs on last day!

Guess what, we queued more than 3 hours just for the Starhub deal. Hubbing packs which include broadband + SCV + mobile broadband. We signed for the $59.92/month deal which come with 8Mbps broadband, 31 channels, and up to 1 Mbps mobile broadband. Crazy, stand more than 3.5 hours just for this! For the extra $30 Robinson voucher..... Zzzz..........

As for laptop, hubby decided to choose either Toshiba or Fujitsu, base on both specification needed by me. And.... Fujitsu won my vote! ^_^ Though Fujitsu is more expensive than Toshiba, but we still choose Fujitsu base on the spec, and most importantly the model I'm going to buy is originally made in Japan! Hooray~ Got my new lappie!!!

Hubby going to business trip today. Took 1 day leave to send him to airport and take this chance to let myself off from work! Had arrange meet up with Perlyn and Jennie as well :) Since hubby is afternoon flight, thus meet them at airport - T3. Since that place is more cosy and quiet.

After sending hubby off, we all go to Xing Wang Cafe to have our brunch... had our cosy chat till 3pm and we head down to Orchard for hi-tea :P We went to a Mandarin Gallery - Jones E Grocer. We ordered few dishes to share. Hmm... the ambience is good but food wise, not recommended. Especially types of cheese we ordered. Not good.... and pricing wise - pretty expensive though -_-"

But we enjoyed the chit chat session...... It's been few months we did not catch up and have a good talk. Perlyn due date in another 2 months, she gonna be super busy after that. Waiting to see her cutie angel soon! :)

Been working by my own since last Friday, just recovered from sick. Sigh, hopefully can build up my immune system as much as I can, I don't want to get sick anymore!!

Collected my Tiffany bracelet today! Yeah~ The clip has changed to a new one, more tight now... and after polishing, oh my....... so shiny now! ^_^ Can wear it again tomorrow!

My bracelet drop off this morning! Thanks God that the bracelet drop and hang on my bag instead on floor, else I really want to kill myself! Glad that I spotted it when I top up my EZlink card... oh my, so lucky me! Thanks GOD!

The clip was uneven, it couldn't close up properly. Sigh...... text hubby about it and he will go Tiffany boutique with me tonight, to fix it up! Heart pain... *sob sob*

After knock off, went to the nearest Tiffany boutique at Raffles Hotel. After check by the sales assistant, I need to pay $20 for the clip replacement. Gosh, just a super tiny clisp cost $20! Sigh, what to do...... still have to pay right? Duh~ Can only collect my bracelet 1 week after.

Still, I feel so lucky that it doesn't drop on the floor and lost it! I had been very careful and aware of my bracelet, whenever I go, I move my hand..... I will sure look at my wrist, to make sure my lovely bracelet is there! It's my birthday gift from hubby, thus I love and appreciate it very much.

5 more days is Chinese New Year! What is the 'usual' stuff that won't miss out by the local? Bak Gua! (BBQ Pork) And........ of course is the most popular bak gua shop, Mr.Lim - Lim Chee Guan, 林志源! He's RICH every year of CNY! You wouldn't be able to get it unless you spare the queue for at least 4 - 5 hours! -_-"

Hubby, as usual every year will wake up early in the morning just to join the long queue! Sigh, always tell him don't go for the queue, just because of bak gua? But he want our families enjoy the delicious food, he willing to queue for it. Thank you hubby! *muaks!

Can't deny that Lim Chee Guan is taste much much better than the rest, the meat is softer and smells better! To enjoy such yummy bak gua, once in a year - deserve for the long painful queue? Judge for your own..

Today went Orchard for our last minute Chinese New Year shopping. Not even have 1 new clothes for this New Year *sob sob*.

Orchard was full of peoples, so crowded! Good that so many new shopping malls had opened, thus crowds has split everywhere :P But Takashimaya, still jam with peoples! Helping 2nd sister to get 2 wallets from LV for eldest and 3rd sisters. Both of them birthday on same month... 2nd sister is always so generous, in another way to say 'spend too much!' *tsk tsk*

Bought our CNY goodies from 瓜子大王, as usual - every year the same. For my in law and my families. This year will be the 1st year I celebrate my CNY eve at hubby side, very happening place where hubby side have so many relatives! phew~ Gonna miss parents on that night *sob sob*, 2nd day of CNY will be Chong's families gathering! Can't wait for that! Oh no, double ang pao for 1st year married! *act blur*

We decided to have earlier Valentine's Day celebration, our 1st year celebrate as husband & wife ^_^. Since 14th Feb is falls on 1st day of CNY, thus we do it earlier. Initially, we have no plan at all, due to tight budget. But we decided to go for a decent yet nice meal - Spageddies @ Orchard Central. Although we have no gift exchange, but we still enjoy it very much. Is the moment that bring the meanings of Valentine's Day :)

The Malaysian singer Fish Leong got married! The couple held their wedding at a beautiful island at Philippines - Boracay. Can imagine how beautiful and romantic that they have their holy wedding at this island. The beautiful beach, white powder sand, romantic sunset........such a heaven place ^_^ We still remember clearly in our memories, our short trip after our wedding in October 2009, how beautiful of this place. We promised will go back again in 1 day :)

What a hectic week! Hubby suggested to go somewhere, to have our nice dinner....... so happy! Lately we try to save $$ due to our love nest coming soon, thus tighten up our belly *sob sob* But today, release!! Hubby bring me to Ichiban Boshi at Esplanade ~ *-^

Love the foods here, but please do make reservation in advance especially during weekend - dinner. This place can be very crowded and queue damn long -_-" I was lucky, reached there at 6.20pm and managed to grab the last 2 seats! Phew~

Enjoyed the sashimi and hot pot here very much, yum yum~

Today went to SASA to buy Eyelash treatment where recommended by my colleague's fiance, Helen. She's a make up artist, thus get information from her will be best! ^_^ How to strengthen and lengthen your eyelash? Here you go - Foltene!

Foltene Eyelash & Eyebrow is a treatment formula to flutter your lashes. It can stimulating the natural growth and restores your lashes - looks more thicker, healthier and longer! That's what every woman wanted isn't it? :P My eyelash was quite weak, thus need to apply more 'protein' on it! Let's try, have to apply it everyday as a base before apply mascara. Statement claims result can be seen in 28 days! Will update again after 28 days to see how it goes, finger cross!

Bought new mascara which quite popular in HK - Super Dolly Powerful Curling Mascara. Recommended by the SASA sales girl, the demonstration by the video quite convincing... the price quite reasonable, no harm trying though, although all the while I'm using Bobby Brown, tried MAC as well, let's see how does this Super Dolly work!

And lastly, bought the new product from KAO - Liese Bubble Hair Coloring! Haha.....been seeing advertisement everyday about this coloring product where can save hassle and spent a bomb by visiting salon, wanna try to see how it works too! I myself choose the 'Marshmallow Brown' color which close to my current fading hair color. Foam -> 20 min -> Shampoo, that's it!

Hope everything won't disappointed me. Today's blog seems like I'm super hiao le.... :P Haha, still need to remain 'mei mei' even after married! :X

Hubby bought ticket to watch Sherlock Holmes today! Yeah, going to see my idol Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law, the 'gentlement' :P

The movie was great! Finally saw a great creation from Guy Richie. A detective novel turned to Blockbuster. Great show! Love the story line. The funny, energetic and intelligent penned Arthur Conan (Robert Downey Jr) and his partner Watson (Jude Law) plays out an interesting fiction. Sherlock Holmes, a genius from London. Guess English should proud of this?

Finally, today I brought my 'Tiger' shoes! So happy! Been searched for it since last year, always can't find something I like, or should say pass hubby QC! :P I got it from StarThreeSixty Wheelock Branch. Actually we saw this design from Cineleisure 'Left Foot' but they don't have my size! And hubby found it at Wheelock branch :P

Had New Year celebration with group of friends @ ECP (East Coast Park). Before that, hubby brought me to 1 authentic Indian Cuisine restaurant have dinner.

Heard of The Mango Tree? It's just located at ECP next to Coffee Bean/7-11. Not easy to spot them because the restaurant was hidden just behind the Mango Tree. So the tips here spot the mango tree beside of 7-11 or coffee bean instead of the restaurant name board. We ordered few dishes recommended by the friendly indian lady and everything turns out superb!

Today is our Christmas Day gals outing! Morning Yoke Ping came and fetch me and car pool with Tahnie head down to KL. Yoke Ping suggested go to Wangsa Maju, where was the place we stayed for 4 years during our College time :P Pass by our college - Tunku Abdul Rahman, miss that moments! The place had changed so much compare to 10 years back! More shop houses and condo build up, I nearly couldn't recognize the place!

Yoke Ping recommended us to a cosy cafe at Off Jalan Genting Kelang, nearby Wangsa Maju named Canned Tea House. A place where suitable for chit-chatting and group gathering. There are lots of main course and side dish to order, as well as different drinks and tea. Cosy place to hang out with friends :)

We spent more than 3 hours here, gossiping around :P Afterward, we move to 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Initially wanted to go Pavillion Shopping Mall, but KL had very bad traffic, duh~ When we reach 1 Utama, damn.... we spent more than half an hour just to wait for parking lot! Loitering around 1 Utama, wanted to shop but end up buy nothing :P

When we still planning where shall we go for dinner, we attracted by 1 'green restaurant' which call as 'Garden' - a greenish and gardenish restaurant. Checked out the menu price, very reasonable! Bingo! Fix our dinner venue~ Informed the other 2 pretties who join us later ^-*

The dinner start at 7pm, before we get into the restaurant 3 of us snap like mad woman :P the decoration is really nice and we can't resists to keep clicking our cams ^_^ Jessie and Hiew Man came and join us around 7.30pm, Jessie has lost so much weight and become prettier :) We ordered different course and drinks (sorry, forgot to note down all dish name and drinks :P)

Jessie suggested we move to another place for our dessert time after the dinner. A place name 'Delicious'. By the 'name' you will know how 'delicious' it would be.. Yummm...... Lots of desserts to choose from here, gosh.....should come here again next time for their main course - the portion is really BIG!

Exchanging gift and catch up with each other for the whole night... wonderful moments!

Thanks gals for the meet up and I had a lovely day with you all...

Yeah, today is our Pre-Christmas Dinner night! Hubby & me celebrate earlier this year due to reason given from earlier post :P

Where is the place that hubby pre booked? Green House @ Ritz Carlton! Initially we plan to go Oscar @ Conrad Hotel but it's outdoor seat and smoking area, thus hubby decided to change venue to Ritz. Don't ask me how much per pax, it's a meaningful and holy festive!

The restaurant was full with crowds, who told the economy is bad? Can't tell...... everyone still willing to pay for premium stuffs I guess :) Listen, not only Ritz Carlton, almost all hotel are fully book for this whole week!

We assigned to a cosy corner, window seat. Credit goes to hubby because he had informed earlier ^_^ Tonight is Asian Buffet, thus different menu from the buffet we had before - more to International Buffet. But still Fresh Oyster available off the rack! Oh gosh, our favorite seafood!
They have fresh sashimi too, and lovely fresh king prawns. Yummy yummy! We enjoy the dinner very much, lots of foods to choose from and the environment is nice as well. Love the dessert!

This is our 1st time to Ritz buffet, though overall is good but I think we still prefer The Line @ Shangrila and compare the rest of the hotel buffet. Much more varieties to choose from especially raw seafood and Japanese Cuisine. You won't regret! Although I agree they are quite pricey but worth the money! If you willing to pay for the food, choose The Line!

We spend more than 3 hours sweeping the foods, haha! Yeah, we are just a food monsters! After the meal, we walked around the hotel. The Christmas Tree display at their lobby is SO pretty! Much much much nicer than shopping center! And we saw a lovely candy house at their Bar area too.

Tonight going to celebrate our Pre-Christmas dinner, as hubby won't be around in Singapore on Christmas *sob sob*. Hubby will be attending his best buddy (Pepsi) wedding at their home town on 25th Dec 2009, right on Christmas Day! I have to work till Xmas Eve evening, thus I could not attend :-( But glad that I still able to make a trip back home KL! Yeah, at least can spend Christmas with families.

Where are we going tonight? You will know by tomorrow :-P Hubby had make a reservation, we going to have big feast tonight! Yum Yum~~

Any Christmas gift? Hmm.......... let's see. Hope Santa Claus will fulfill my wishes ^_^

Our bestman and bridesmaid called us out for a dinner - to celebrate hubby belated birthday. So sweet of them! Have few of them unable to join due to working.

We went to Double Bay@Raffles City Shopping Center. Is an Australian restaurant where famous for their Fish & Chips. Been pass by few times but never try before, let's try today!

* The restaurant was freaking cold, remember to bring your cardigan or scarf for lady. The air con there was like freezer! Me & Chris were shivering like mad :S

The menu showed many kinds of fishes and they have different way to fried it. 4 of us ordered the different fishes to try :)

Hubby received birthday pressie from Luke & Chris. Chris bought a 'OP' T shirt, but too bad wrong size! :P She has to go and change the size again from M-L, haha.....she din know hubby so 'muscular'! As for Luke, he bought hubby favorite collection - LEGO (CITY series - Petrol station), it's not cheap! Both gifts are great! So nice of them....... hubby like it very much.

Received my parcel today! Yeah~ What's that?! My DIY wedding book :) The normal photo album in market is too 'normal' for me (my own opinion) Thus I was trying to do something special for our own album - wedding photos and actual day photos as well.

Been spend more than a weeks to select photos and design the layout, finally satisfied and send for printing! And here's the outcome of the printed photo book :) We both feel satisfied and hubby like the album I did!

The material of the photo album I did was like magazine type, not the hard kind. Come, let's see my hard work!

Parents came to Singapore since Tuesday. Had took leave on Thursday to bring them walk around, enjoying hi-tea at Royal Copenhagen Tea Lounge @ Takashimaya. Glad they enjoy it :)

Today went to Jalan Besar to hunt for our house appliances. Dinner we meet up with parents and sister families at Esplanade. We have Ichiban-Boshi for dinner, a reasonable price Japanese Restaurant and the food is great! Daddy & Mummy love the foods very much, and of course our 2 little monster nieces as well :P

Every year - Esplanade will have wishes event for public starting December month. Everyone can write down their wishes on the Big Ball or 'tea leaves' along Esplanade path area. The big ball will be placed on the Singapore River (in front of Merlion) and let it float till the New Year 2010 count down. You will see a lot of balls floating on the water now if you standing at Esplanade area or Merlion, go there and write down your wishes too!

We participated as well by wrote down our wishes for the coming New Year 2010 :)

Time flies, 2 more weeks will be the end of 2009 and approaching a New Year of 2010.... :) We will have our new 'home' too in this Twenty Ten ^-^

We woke up early in the morning in order to catch the shuttle bus that provides service route between Singapore Zoological garden and city area. This daily bus service takes visitor direct from the following pickup points along Orchard area to Singapore Zoo. A one-way trip costs $4 per adult and $2 for a child. The bus is quite comfort and hassle free for the journey to the zoo. This is a good option to consider instead having to take MRT and switch SBS bus which in fact take much time and troublesome. We choose to wait at bus stop B12 which is just opposite the Meritus Mandarin Orchard by 9:12am. The service is punctual and actually whole bus just have few ppl (tourist) including ourselves. Well, we treat ourselves as tourist too for that day ~ hihi.. After passing the last pickup point - The Claremont Hotel, off we go straight head to the Zoo! Whole journey takes about 30 minutes or lesser : )

We reached around 9.35am! Although today is weekday but we can view from far there is already crowd around the entrance! Since it is school holiday many parents bring their children visiting zoo. Here is a tips for all! You will entitle FREE admission to zoo on your birthday! No joking here although there isn't any info stated in official zoo website but this is the experience we get on that day! When hubby purchasing the admission ticket inform the staff any discount for birthday person? The staff took hubby IC and come back present hubby a 'special tag' with message "I'm having a Wild Birthday'! Hubby realized only pay the admission ticket for myself while his portion is FREE!!! Haha ... Great isn't it? Free entrance to zoo on your own birthday ... So do keep this in mind for whoever that having birthday soon this is an option to have a wild birthday! hihihi... On top of it, hubby got a complimentary free Ben & Jerry ice cream from Ah Meng Restaurant! : p yum yum ~ ~

The weather was so HOT that day! But we still enjoyed ourselves touring around the Zoo. It had been few years we last visit the Zoo. There is several changes compare to past. These are actually very good indeed! We managed catch 2 shows: Polar Bear feeding and Sea Lion + penguin splashing performance : ) These animals are really the STAR and Cute as well!! It is really enjoyable walking around in the nature park and having some close encounter with the animals that can say hardly come across in today busy city life. Definitely it is much more fun and meaningful than loitering around city shopping area which is kind of bored ... That is why my hubby insist want to go Zoo during his birthday ... haha ~

We had spend almost whole day in the Zoo till our feet scream for help! Started getting pain... Haha ... n_n

As for dinner, I had planned one unique place for hubby. A new place we never dine before - located at Bukit Timah. It is an authentic Italian restaurant by the name 'AL BORGO'. Been there??

I was cracking my head where to bring hubby this year for dinner? Initially plan to go back Garibaldi but we had been there twice thus thinking why not try somewhere else. Been selected few choices like Prive (Keppel Bay), OSO Ristorante, Ristorante Bologna but in the end i choose AL BORGO! A small but cosy with authentic Italian cuisine ~

We reach Bt. Timah around 6.45pm which is just nice to my reservation timing. It was still very quiet inside the restaurant and we had been allocated to a private & cosy corner by Luigi, the manager. A friendly and bubbly Italian guy. The restaurant ambience is quite different from ordinary restaurant where it gives kind of 'country home' feel. Tranquil and comfortable ... I had done some homework note down the 'special' recommended house dish so that we know what should head to. Here the dishes that we ordered:

Comment: Medium sweet, a bit citrus

Appetizers
Crostone Toscano
(Slices toasted bread topped with mushroom & cheese)

Comment: Crunchy bread with juicy mushroom cheese, wonderful!

(Pasta Ravioli with delightful pumpkin sauce)

Comment: Presentation bit like Chinese wanton taste very unique and suggested serve while still hot/warm

Brasati - Brasato D'Agnello
(Chop lamb stew with vegetables, red wine & tomato sauce)

Comment: Tender & chewy and the red wine sauce managed to blend in very well. Nice work

Desserts
Panna Cotta

Tiramisu

Comment: Panna Cotta kinda like egg pudding with strawberry slices as topping. Slightly sweet but acceptable. Tiramisu is sweet. If the sweeten level lower bit will be much better.

Luigi personally gives us additional free desserts - 'Coppa del Nonno al Martini' and 2 small glasses of home made sweet wine. The dessert is like an ice cream+pudding+martini. Very refreshing and taste good! The sweet wine taste little like Yomeishu but still nice after serve the dessert. Haha... So kind of him! Guess what, he jokes that there is a Chinese inside him as he like Chinese food very much! He has a Chinese S'pore girlfriend and he like to blog all Asian foods he tried. He can take durian also ok!! haha : p

Overall we like the dinner. The ambience, food and service are excellent. Something different from what we had so far, a very authentic Italian food. A new taste for us : ) One thing that must be shared here, the PRICE! The price was really reasonable comparing those high-end/Italian restaurant in city area. O ya! 1 thing which is cute when we left the chef inside the kitchen wave to us .. It really just like having 'home' dinner and the person who cooked ' The Chef'' say goodbye

We had a wonderful day on 11.12.2009! Our 1 day trip to the Zoo and a lovely cum comfy dinner. Hope hubby love the arrangement, self hand made birthday card and 3D puzzle. This is how my budget arrangement plan for hubby 2009 Birthday! : )

Last Sunday was my colleague – William Solemnization. He got engaged on 6th Dec, where lots of couples married on that day. Guess is a super good date? He’s back to office today and gave us lovely cup cakes as a celebration, thanks Liam and Helen!

Their Solemnization Ceremony dolled up by my recommended Florist – Lindt @ 85 Florist. Yeah, she’s my florist on my wedding, who dolled up our Church and Bridal Suite! All my flowers, corsages, bouquets, bridesmaids bouquets done by her and her mum Mrs.Teo. Lovely lady I could say……..as usual, she didn’t disappointed William and Helen. Hope to see their photos soon! Should be able to spot in 85 Florist Multiply Blog soon I guess :)

Today mummy & daddy coming to Singapore. Hmm, all little monsters never come – sad………. Because my parents can’t afford to bring all the kids (4 in total!). Anyway, I will be seeing them in another 2 weeks time, Christmas in KL!

Thinking to on leave coming Thursday, to bring parents around have a walk and eat………clearing my leave and since Friday I’m taking leave as well. Friday is hubby birthday! Yeah…….this year will be our 1st year celebrate birthday as Husband & Wife status :P Mrs.Neow! But this year we will stay back Singapore to have simple celebration, need to save $$$!!! Started our furniture hunting since last 2 weeks. Our 1^st appointment is coming week, very excited. We pray our 2^nd appointment can be request to be earlier date which is 4 weeks instead of 6-8 weeks! We hope to get our house latest by early Jan 2010. Pray…….

We went to expo, where there’s an exhibition ‘Perfect Living 2009’ at Hall 6 continuous for two weeks. There are many ID and all kinds of furniture can be found there. Guess what, we got our bed frame at last! Haha, we had bought our mattress without bed frame before our wedding (due to promotion on ‘S’ brand),

sound Kiasu but was due to good price we decided to grab it 1^st. And now we managed to get our bed frame! Yeah.. The promotion comes with mattress + bed frame. Therefore, we will get the bed frame while the mattress for our guest room! ^_^ No bed frame for our guest room mattress at the moment :P

Still headache about ID. Due to budget constraint, everything have to plan very well and cost come in first compare anything. Our renovation can be describe as minor I guess, not much hacking needed due to the current flooring is nicely done. Finger cross, our renovation amount can be work out base on our budget!

Money money, we need $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's been 60 days since our big day~ Couldn't believe that I had become Mrs status now, Mrs.Neow :) And I finally accepted to change my surname to his surname - Michell Stephanie Neow, how does it sound? Weird though :P

Been away from this blog for more than 6 months I guess? Long long day, and I am back now! Still remember the year before, when we started to prepare our wedding after 21st June 2008 :) Everything was so blur, unclear. We don't even know where to start from.. Glad that there's a lot of useful source online, there we go~

We really had a wonderful wedding, no matter in Malaysia or Singapore wedding. Everything was great! The memories still printed clearly :) We received a lot of wonderful comment from our guests and friends, that our wedding was so wonderful, fun, sweet, romantic and smooth! ^_^

We were very happy and feel so bless to have all our families members and wedding parties on our wedding. They had been playing an very important roles, to make our wedding looks so great! Without them, I believe our wedding would not turn out so beautiful :-) Thank you all of u, you know who you are!

For the brides-to-be, no matter how tired of wedding preparation - in the end of the day, you will be realized everything is WORTH! You won't be regret by all the hard works and efforts you had spent, the wedding between two of you is just beautiful :)

Dear dear gave me a sweet surprise today! I saw something blue-ish color beside my bed in the afternoon. Then realize it was a pack of KOSE SEKKIKEI product! Oh my, he bought me 1 KOSE Toning Lotion and Emulsion! I still remember last 2 weeks I told him about this, but I never make any action. But he bought it for me! So happy and feel so sweet~ Thank you dear dear!!

Now I have 2 different types of Toning Lotion. I can use KOSE in the day time while SISLEY in the night time. The KOSE Emultion is really good! I can feel the firmness after patch on face..

Received an invitation call and card from SISLEY last week. Being invited to their Event Cocktail tonight. Guess it's Great Singapore Sales now, thus they have this event - Marketing Strategy!

Rush down to Orchard after knock off. The cocktail start from 6pm-8pm at Paragon Metro. We received 2 door gift where contains their mini product - I would not use it anyway :p

Ever since I used their Ecological Compound Moisturizer Cream, I become fascinated! So, my main purpose here is to get something I need - where I can get it in cheaper price now. 15% rebate from the product purchase.

After knowing more with the Beauty Adviser Ema, I managed to get 2 more products! Gentle Facial Buffing Cream and Floral Toning Lotion. I rarely can use a suitable Toning Lotion due to my super sensitive skin! But this lotion suit me very well, love the leave-in toning feel apply on after face wash.

Gosh, I just love the products! Become more vain now, could be due to getting marry soon!

After few weeks of consideration, finally I had make up my mind! Today I am going to change my hair style - back to my straight hair! I miss my straight silky hair very much! Vain vain~

Meet my hair stylist Steven at 4pm, he just don't understand why I straighten my hair where I only had my perm hair less than a year! He claims I was wasting money! LOL~ Who's care?! I just can't resists to claim back my straight hair! Sick of maintaining my curly hair, though it may looks better compare to my straight hair (comment by all friends).

Finally, after sitting there for 3 hours my straight hair is BACK! Yeah, love it - smooth and silky feel~

Today onwards, my hair is maintenance free! Haha...

After last week of clubbing night, tonight gonna drink again :S Another farewell for Brother Simon from our colleagues. Sound like he's pretty famous duh~

Simon, Wai Foong, Kenneth, Ghim Yong, Maita, Hui Ying and myself join for the night. After had our dinner at Liang Court, proceed to Lunar straight. Kenneth's fiancee Rachel joined us as well later night. Not much, we only have 1 bottle of Chivas for the night - very decent drinker compare with my gangs. Haha.... but as everyone know, Maita my colleague is a Super drinker! Guess what, she's alone can drink up to at least 1 bottle of Chivas! Fainted... really unbeatable drinker!

Before we gone for the night, we proceed to Zirca since our entrance allow to get in Lunar, Zirca and Arena. 1st time to Zirca after it replaced MOS. Sucks place! Personally, I don't like it. Jam up with lotsa of youngster, the environment in a mess! Gosh... sickening place. Messy messy! No fun... We only stayed for less than half an hour then left the place.

Reached home at 1am plus, this will be my earliest timing I out for clubbing. Haha..

Tonight we have a farewell party for our Brother Simon - he's leaving to Beijing soon. Since we always club at Clarke Quay, I choose a different place this time. Heard of Supper Club?

This is a place where you could not find any sofa/chair. Only bed is available for guest. Cool huh? So, imagine everyone sit on the bed drinking and chilling out. Is very good for someone who's drunk! Can just lay there and sleep! LOL~ Is a cosy and 'dark' place - English style I can say.. You can see London style short performance by the staff every hour. Quite unique..

Nothing much except drinking session - no more saboing (lucky Brother Simon!)

Happy Dumpling Festival Everyone! ~ 端午节快乐~

This week I keep mumble to dear dear that I craving for Ba Zhang (dumpling). So many years we din really celebrate this festival, got few years not even eat dumpling too! This year feel wanna eat so desperately, as myself is a ba zhang lover :p

Yesterday dear dear said will go for weekly jog, as usual every Monday & Wednesday. So I was meeting Perlyn for dinner. This morning when meet dear dear at MRT, he passed me a paper bag where inside has biscuits (where I thought nothing else, just the malacca dou sha bing for Perlyn). Until I reaching office I smell 'dumpling' from somewhere! Haha, guess what, my dear purposely went to Kim Choo Dumpling Stall @ East Coast Road yesterday evening to buy me bak chang! So touch! *sweet sweet*

I got 1 XO ba zhang and 2 Nyonya zhang. Goodness, the stall increase their price due to the festival. Everyone is queuing just for the dumpling, gosh........ though they increase their price, still have lots of people grabbing the dumpling, just because it really NICE! Yummy~~

Enjoyed our 3D2N trip in Malacca - celebrating our 5th Anniversary Courtship Day~ Time flies so fast, we had reached 5th years in 2009! :p And this year will be our big day too!

Puri Hotel still remain unchanged - cosy and traditional. But they did minor renovation for their breakfast garden area - where expand to the other corner with larger space. Their bath room amenities had renewed with new toilet bowl, tiles and basin. Bed still remain - soo comfortable!

3 days eat, walk, sleep, drink -> continuous for 3 days. Can't imagine how am I going to shed off my fats after back to SG! On 2nd day, dear dear 2 cousins Teck Yau and Teck Hsien joined us as well. The younger brother Teck Hsien studied in Malacca while Teck Yau was working in KL, purposely drive down to Malacca to meet us. So nice~~ We have driver for the 2 days! :p

This time we managed to took lots of our couple photos. Thanks to dear dear purposely carry along his tripod. Haha....... like vain-pot, snap everywhere we feel we want to! *_*

Love the foods at Jonker Street so much~ He Ji Chicken Rice Ball, Da Bao Museum Cafe Asam Laksa, Ice Kacang, nyonya foods, and our chill out time at Geographer bar! Enjoyed our beer for 2 nights there - like the environment live band there, fabulous~

So coincidence, met Andrew (Boon Yeong's cousin) at Jonker Street night market on 2nd night. He's from Malacca and bring his friends visit Malacca :p

We had a lovely and enjoyable short getaway in Malacca. Jonker Street & Puri Hotel, we will come back again!

Morning has my 1st Physio appointment at Physiotherapy Center. My Physiotherapist name is Lenia, very unique name huh? Young lady... :) She started by question me my syndrome and condition, to understand more about my pain.

She helped me check my back bone, spine, and my hip bone. Obviously my hip bone a bit uneven :( The left side a bit protrude out compare with the right side. The whole process, she was trying to 'balance' off by pushing and massaging, to balance of the correct level. Kinda pain though.. The physio session last more than 1 hour, dear dear was sitting inside the room watching and monitoring my progress. I still have to come back few times, not sure need how long :-( Hope I can recover soon. Really need to jog desperately! Afternoon back home to do house work, rushing for tonight - Angels & Demons show at 7pm!

Had our dinner at Xin Wang Cineleisure, save time and we just lazy to think too much! :p

The movie was great! It was at a nice speed and with lots of action, humour and fascinating facts.

First if all, Kudos to the author Dan Brown for creating such an amazing series of novels!

Stories about:

My own opinion, Churches are spiritual organizations, but organizations nonetheless. The white smoke that marks the election of a new pope reflects a consensus among competing interests and agendas in support of a common goal. Filmmaking is similarly hierarchical in nature, but directors are rarely infallible, as "The Da Vinci Code" demonstrated.

If that film was a sin of omission, "Angels & Demons" is more like a leap of faith. And this time around, I'm a believer.

I will buy the novel soon, to comprehend more about the truth.

Tonight had wine session with my colleague - Ms.Maita, another wine lover! :) Uncle Simon join us as well :P

Bring Maita to my usual drinking place, Bottles & Bottles @ Parkway Parade. Order the fresh sashimi from Fish Market and nuts - enjoying wine session~~

We start with my favorite white wine - Tekoko 06 Savignon Blanc. Initially request for 05 but it's really hard to find now! Simon asked for 1 red, as he's not a white wine person - Gritt Hitter 06 Cabernet Sauvignon. I tasted, yuaks.. just hate the soil and dry taste... don like! Both Maita and myself finished the 1st bottle less than 1 hour, continue 2nd bottle with Karo 05 Savignon Blanc, recommended by the wine staff. Taste wise, not as smooth as Tekoko of course, sweeter and sour than TKK. Overall alright to me.

We finished all by 9.30pm, chit chatting till 10pm and we head back home. Glad that Maita and Simon enjoy the session, especially Maita :P She can really drink! A super drinker! Gosh~ :p

Will organize another session soon~ Have to let my liver rest for the moment ^-*

Today is our movie marathon day. Been few months never visit cinema :p Yesterday went for Wolverine, today show is Fast & Furious 4 follow by Star Trek.

Wolverine - Hugh Jackman still looks great in all time! Power~~ Like his new metal alloy adamantium claw! Super cooL !!

Fast & Furious 4, hmmm ...... not as good as its previous chapter. The movie stuck with too much 'story line' of Vin Diesel GF Letthy whom killed. The 'Street Race' only shown once while the rest more under tunnel race. Sigh, excited? No I would say.. Hope the sequel in part V get back to more race actions and hot cars show off !

Amazingly, Star Trek is Good! The show has different concept from its previous TV Star Trek series, not that 'traditional' and bored. Great visual effect and bit funny as well. Chris Spine - a loafer yet smart dude! Good show!

Next week follow by Angels & Demons show... still waiting anxiously for Transformer 2 Revenge of The Fallen and Terminator Salvation!

Enjoyed our favorite dinner at 三盅两件 (Soup Restaurant) and follow by supper at Dessert Story (basement of HMV)

We had lots of itinerary for these 3 days. I was really touch for their 'special' trip down to Singapore. Their intention is to celebrate my bridal shower, before I step in married status :p Though is few months earlier, but we really enjoyed ourselves very much!

Attending Sunday mass as every weekend. Today we reached church 45 minutes earlier than usual, thus I suggested we go have our breakfast 1st! Had our favorite East Coast Road Wantan Mee.. yum yum~

After mass, initially plan to have Prawn mee that we had last week - however we are too full! Haha... can't fit in food anymore. So we decide to have ice cream at Ice Cream Chef. We reached at 1250pm, eh.....how come it closed! When we read the opening hour time - Oh, opening hour from 1pm onwards! We walked around the shop houses while waiting for the shop to open :p Sound so desperate to have ice cream isn't it? Haha... We ordered different favors this time - Mrs Smith (apple) and Crispy Chips + Watermelony. Please, do not try their Blueberries unless you love sweets a lot! Watermelony is recommended!

The weather was so hot! We changed plan to somewhere instead of heading back home after ice cream. Where? A new mall ---> Tampines Mall 1! Never been there ever since it opened.

Reached Tampines Mall 1 about 1 plus, goodness! It was so crowded as we expected! Zzzzzz......
The tenants most are 'neighbourhood' shops, consider affordable stuffs. Heard of Uni-Qlo? Haha! The Japanese brand that bring in Singapore, caused lots of big hoo-haa for the teenagers. Imagine, have to take queue number to get in for the 1st two weeks opening? Gosh..... madness!

We head to Uni-Qlo to have a peep, to find out how good/trend of their outfit. Still lots of crowds when we reached. Have a peep of Man's wear - SUCKS! Gosh, we just don't understand the trend. A bit too 'six and sevens' muddle look, maybe we too old to catch up the trend, haha... BUT, their female outfit kinda nice... ONLY their camasole and bra-shirt. Very comfortable and convenient, as the bra has sew together with the shirt. Their camosole very soft and comfort too! Weee........ nice for sleeping~~ Can you believe, I swept $200++ just for all the shirt + camasole! Faintz..

Since only had 1 meal today in the morning, feel hungry about 4pm. While we hunt for foods, we saw an advertisement of Aoka Hokkaido Ramen! Where where!! It's at place named Manupu - A japanese 'food court' similar to Shudoku @ Raffles Place. Saw the advertisement on TV few weeks back regarding the food court - 1 famous Japanese stall name Aoka - a chef from Hokkaido represent his ramen to Singapore.

We ordered? What else?! Not forget the famous Japanese ramen - Aoka Hokkaido Ramen. While dear dear order Japanese Mushroom Curry Rice. Additional 1 Salmon + Ika Sashimi and Chawanmushi.

Yum yum! The Shoyu Ton toro Ramen was SUPERB delicious! The soup base taste so good! And the ton toro(pork) was soft yet not oily at all! Gosh...... heaven! Haha.......A must try ramen!

As for the Japanese Mushroom Curry Rice, I will rate as 6/10. So judge your own! :p And the sashimi, not really recommended as it's not that fresh and bloody expensive!! Yuaks..

Sales at Metro Orchard, what's next?! Of course -> Shopping!

After had our dinner at Paragon, we head down to Metro Paragon. Can see the 'women' crowds at the cosmetic department, as if FREE! -_-

My purpose here is to buy moisturizer cream. Initially wanna try Cosme, but Metro does not have this counter. Hence, look for SISLEY instead as La Prairie is famous in eye cream where I gotten it from my HKG trip (which is sad to say it was much expensive than SG Changi Airport), sigh! A lesson for me, which is better to make survey before buy anything! *sob sob*

After make lots of enquiries and testing, finally I decided to buy SISLEY Ecological Compound Day & Night series. It can helps to protect my skin while moisturizing and it offers optimal protection against external factors too where I need it most! I asked for few samples of their night cream too! *cause my wallet a big hole*. I entitled 20% off - as rebate voucher. So I could use to deduct off in my next visit!

Dear dear went to Levis store to hunt for his new jeans - as his 4 pairs of jeans can strike off, too old to keep. He managed to get his 512 this time, with his favorite loosen jeans. Meanwhile, dear dear bought me 1 Low Rise Skinny Jeans as well~ Hooray~~ Initially wanted to buy Bread & Butter, but scolded by dear dear :-( too expensive for a jeans wear.

Today we change our lunch venue after our Sunday mass, no wantan mee.... change to Prawn noodle! Which we always mentioned for BUT never go! Haha.......

This Prawn noodle quite famous, always long queue and crowded with peoples. It was located along East Coast Road - 美芝律大虾面 Beach Road Prawn Mee Eating House.

When we reached there at about 12 noon, gosh... it was so crowded! We ordered pork rib + big prawn noodle, cost us $5.50. Hmm... much expensive than the Prawn noodle located at Kallang. Dear dear order 五香 too... Let's try!

Woo............... I love the prawn soup! Gosh, the soup base was so delicious! ...... too nice to describe as words! Haha..... Please, go and try it and you will know what I mean! Shiok~~~

After our yummy lunch, we went for another round - ice cream dessert! Haha! Yeah, where else for healthy and nearest place for ice cream! Of course Ice Cream Chef~~

By the time we reached there not much people.. I ordered Kiwi + Green tea flavor while dear dear ordered Vanilla + Mango. Yum yum! Saw our photos has been removed from the bulletin board (where every1 can snap their photo, bluetooth to the shop printer to print out and stick on it. Guess it was last year, thus they replaced all with new photos :P

Crazy weather today. Appointment with Steven at 2pm today to have our monthly trimming... dear dear keep complaining his 'messy' hair since back from HKG! :p No hair treatment session today as we need to rush down for my gown fitting. Yeah~~

My fitting appointment at 4pm. My coordinator was there waiting for me when I reached! Gosh... I just love wedding gown! Almost wanted all, if I could! Haha, fashion show on my actual day! :-P

Finally gotten my Wedding Gown after tried for more than 5 hours! Ya, I know it's abit over, but maybe I'm just too picky and fussy! Haha, as usual! :-P Sad thing is, I could not find my favorite Evening Gown... sad. Arbitrarily, I managed to short listed 1, but not really my beloved gown. Pray hard they will come in more EG before my actual day! Dear dear was very tired too by become my fashion consultant. Haha.......

Half day gone in bridal shop.... take cab back home straight after our dinner, super shag!

Tomorrow have to wake up early for Sunday mass........ Good night~~

Been busy for the past few months, going died off soon *sob sob* Can't imagine coming week, colleague on leave :S

Tonight gathering with ex-HP fellows at Bugis Liang Seah Street. 1 of the ex colleague named Pizza backed from Melbourne for holidays with her husband, though I do not know her (she was old batch with dear dear time) but I being invited since is HP Gathering.

Met Ah Weng, my ex colleague whose ages didn't see him! He has lost so much weight till look bit shag off, tired..... Weng, please put on some weight! You look OLD! *he's going to wack me if read this* :p

Tommy, Wilson, Bee Ling, Merie, Pizza + Husband Richard, Ah Weng, dear dear and myself joined the gathering. Few peoples unable to join due to some reasons... should organize another gathering soon, Ubin trip again maybe? :p

Recently have to busy in work, doing research for wedding stuffs after work, etc...... KO soon!

Coming Friday is Good Friday, am going back KL with dear dear. Our appointment is totally full for the 3 days in KL, have to run errands :( Going for my trial make up, meet up our Photographer, Videographer, Florist, bridal room design, meet up with bridesmaid, etc...... Arrgh~~ God, please give me more strength and time!

Hopefully can reduce few more pounds since busy like this! :-(

After final discussion since last few months, we decided to post phone our honeymoon to year 2010. Due to tight budget constraint, no choice...... As our honeymoon place is too expensive! :( But dear dear promised me that we will definitely go to that destination before we have our little angel ^O^

Although we post phone our honeymoon trip, dear dear is so sweet and generous that he has planned a Pre-Honeymoon trip for us just after our wedding day! Awww........so sweet! Thank you dear dear for so caring and sweet! ^_^

After doing research in these few months, finally we decided a 'special' place! Where is it? ----->

Sister house common bathroom started renovation since last Wednesday, gosh.....whole house fill with cement smell, in a BIG mess!

Dear dear went back hometown for 'Qing Ming Festival', pray her grandma on Sunday. Therefore I had dated Alexis for our monthly drinking session! :p

As usual, meet her at Bottles & Bottles for our wine session, and enjoyed our Sashimi from Japanese market. Enjoyed 2 bottles of white wine today.... end with light sweet wine :)

Finally it's TGIF! Tonight going to use up our $20 voucher at Pasta Waraku. After knock off, dear dear meet me at Marina Square, we are going to have our Pasta cuisine dinner! Yum yum~~

Quite lots of peoples queued, as expected that this place always crowded even for lunch time. Not to mention dinner, worse! Lucky we reached quite early and we only waited for 5 minutes and we got the seat!

Ordered our favorite menu - which is the combination set. Dear dear ordered Pizza Set while I ordered Gratin Set. The set included 1 salad, 1 corn soup as starter, follow by Pasta/Pizza. We ordered dessert as well, my favorite Macha Cake! (Green tea ice cream).

Yum yum...... long time din eat, especially the gratin. Although is extremely sinful, but who's care duh?!! LOL! The pizza was yummy too, crispy!

After enjoyed our yum yum dinner, have a short walk at Marina Square and bought few shoes clips for my nephew CROCS shoes, damn expensive!

Heading home after that, tomorrow is weekend!!!! Hooray~~

Touched down Singapore yesterday night. Freaking tired.....

Shopp, eat, shopp, eat for a week! I was so lucky that no gain weight in this trip, could be walk too much with dear dear :-P

Thanks to our good friends Ernest & Suzanne for offering their house for us during our stay there. Really appreciate their generosity and hospitality ^0^ And we love the gift they gave to us so much, as our Wedding gift. We feel glad to have such great friend! See you guys again~~

Our engagement photos finally is ready! 6 of our photographers delivered our photo speedily! So happy to see our photos turn out nicely! SUI~~

We had planned the engagement shots since last year after dear dear proposed. Initially we wanted to engage our actual day Photographer to take the shots at our 'Started Out' venue however due to budget constraint we cancel the intention :( Later on, I think of an idea, which is asking our photography gangs to give us a favor - by helping us to take our Engagement Shots! And they are all kind enough agreed to help us for FOC!

Originally we asked our friend - Andrew & Luke to help, but Andrew asked 3 more of his colleagues to participate as well. So nice of them... Andrew is our main photographer, whose the organizer cum planner for this shooting, venue and itinerary all plan by him :P We just need to 'appear' as a model. Haha!!

Our shooting date fixed on 21.02.2009, starting time from 3pm onwards. Glad that the weather is good, though the sun expose too much (this is very good lighting and exposure for photo shooting). The whole PS is really fun, we just like a model running and walking all around without caring stranger way of looking. LOL~~ The PS took more than 4 hours to end. Really toilsome our photographers :)

Saturday we had 1 unforgettable incident! Dear dear lost his mobile phone! He dropped his mobile in the cab when we reached Plaza Sing. Oh gosh! We were so bloody nervous and fear! I was keep calling dear dear mobile praying that someone will be picking up the phone!! Meanwhile dear dear calling City Cab to seek help! Unfortunately, sad to say that City Cab service was SUCKSSSSSS!!!!!!! When dear dear manage to hook on the line, the person in charge for lost & found department does not able to help at all!!! Can't help but still asking those stupid question delaying the time! We were so pissed off due to their lack of promptness attitude and not efficient at all! Goodness!!! Going to send in complaint soon!!

Finally, someone using dear dear mobile return my call! Oh thanks god! The taxi driver found dear dear mobile in the car and called us back. He need to changed shift therefore drive straight back to Bukit Batok therefore he did not fetch any new passengers. Thanks god really!! The taxi uncle is such a honest man and thanks goodness he does not fetch any customer, if not we guess the phone could not be found anymore :-(

Dear dear went down to Bukit Batok to get back the phone from the taxi uncle. Gosh, he was such a honest and kind man! We were so lucky that we met someone who is so honest! Thanks god! We are going to find out his name and send in a compliment to him!

Relieved.... dear dear gotten his mobile! Thanks for god blessing....

Finally I colored my hair (after been more than a year). At least look more neutral and neat now :p My hair stylist never disappointed me with the new hair color.... haha, thanks Steven!

Sunday after finished our task as volunteer at St Joseph Institute, backed home at 12 noon.... so tired! Laid back at home watching DVD for the half whole day!! Watched Death Race - COOL~~~

Tonight going home busy 'scanning' with dear dear again.... busy busy week!!

Very excited for tomorrow! Going to collect my gown..... yeah~~ Hopefully it fits me well since last alteration few months back. Nervous...

Tomorrow gonna be busy day again. After fitting and collect my gown, have to rush down to my hair stylist - need to trim, highlight and do my hair treatment. Sigh, going to sit there for few hours again....

Sunday morning have to wake up EARLY! Going to St Joseph Instituition as volunteer for another batch of Marriage Preparation Course event. Zzzzzz.........

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

Today morning rush to settle all housework. Dear dear had planned a lovely Valentine's Day for me! He bought a very special ticket for a awesome show - BreakOut! He managed to get the 1st row of the Theatre! Yohoo~~

We head down to Explanade have our brunch before the performance start at 3pm. Honestly, this is the 1st time we come together and have a walk :p

The show end after 80 minutes. it was a enthralling performance by the award winning hip-hop dance troupe from Korea! Wow, their breaking, free-style, popping and B-Box were AMAZING! Awesome! It's really worth the money value! Seated at 1st row, the feeling is just fabulous!

BREAKOUT, the new show from the producers of the highly-successful Jump, will have you transfixed with its mix of the hottest b-boy dance moves with stunning gymnastics, martial arts and hilarious physical comedy. It based on a story of prisoners breaking out of prison and finding shelter with some nuns and nurses in a convent. BREAKOUT is a new concept b-boy (breakdancing boy) show created by Yegam and Sevensense Inc of Korea. After the show, we walk around Explanade and have our tea break at Haagen Daaz! Yum yum~~ Then we walk to Raffles Shopping Centre have our dinner. Today whole day stuff with foods! *-*
We choose Aerins as our Valentine's Dinner venue. Good that we reach quite early and still have seats available ^-^

Today will be busy day for us ...

Wake up early to Raffles Medical Group for my Medical Checkup appointment in the morning. A free checkup from my insurance (woman's policy). Reached there about 9.30am and register for it. I take the Pap Smear test as well, been few years back since my last checkup. Women is advisable to take this test every year.

The whole test took about 1 hour and the result will send to me in 2 weeks time. We went for our brunch after that at Golden Shoes market. After our brunch, we heads down for my wedding shoes hunting!

Yeah~~ Finally I managed to choose my wedding shoes! (after searching for few months) So happy! Although the shoes quite pricey but we like it so much, dear dear love the shoes design too! ^-^ 1 more stuff ticked from our checklist!

Heads down to our Bridal Shop after that to get dear dear shirt. Had spent more than half a day outside, so tired...

Hooray~~ Settled 2 tasks today! ^-*

Gong Xi Fatt Cai Everyone!

Was away from Singapore more than a week. Now back to reality, work!

This year will be my last year at home have Reunion Dinner with parents on Chinese New Year Eve. Next year will be at in law house :p

Nothing much to do at home for the whole week, stay at home sleep - eat - sleep - eat, meet friends and EAT again! Gosh... But I was very happy as able to accompany my families and play with all my nieces and nephew! My house just like a nursery center, full of 6 kids! Can you imagine it? Haha...

Dear dear reach my house on Chu 5, and it's a day of 'talk about marriage' between dear families and my families :p 1st time, we both so tense up as we don't know what to do, haha ... thus we leave everything to the oldies! The 'meet up' was very successful and harmony! LOL~~ We were so relief and happy that both families can accomodate and communicate very well. Yeah! Now wait for coming May, we will have another trip back KL to settle outstanding 'traditional' tasks :) Thanks to all my lovely sisters who helped us on our wedding preparation as we are not in Malaysia. Muaks!!

We return to Singapore on Sunday afternoon, taking Tiger Airways. Budget terminal was so crowded and packed! Hmm....... we feel the Malaysia budget terminal was look similar as KL PuduRaya Bus Station, my godness! Crowded, messy, dirty and disorder! Sigh....... really no comment anymore. Disappointed!

This year had countless time of Lao Sheng! Wish us have a Happy and Properous 2009 New Year ahead! And most importantly this Ox year is our year!!! Deng deng deng deng! ^-^ Count down, 7 months to go!

Today suppose still on Medical Leave, but have to crawl back to office to settle some outstanding case and hand over to my colleague before my CNY long leaves, sigh.

This is how my morning toe condition look like, still swell :-(

Lunch have CNY gathering with colleagues (all from different department), got IT, HR, Finance, Admin, Legal ... haha, plus me! The nice man who cover the bill is Mr.Denis from Sales team. Initially I told Denis and the rest I will not join due to my injured toe, very inconvenient... but they are so nice, till that extend will carry me if I need help! Haha... thanks guyz! The lunch venue booked at Crystal Jade Suntec.

We ordered lots of dim sum... our Admin Officer Stephanie, represent everyone - making order and giving instruction, haha... our temporary mummy! :-P Thanks Steph! Everyone enjoyed the lunch very much, the groups were so fun and chatty!

Dear dear came to my place in the morning, he took half day urgent leave to make sure I'm alright. After the whole night wrapped, the toe still haven't reduce swell :-( Dear dear urge me to see doctor...

Went to my family doctor, he was shocked off when saw I walk unevenly. Without I clarify, he spotted my swollen 'sausage' toe! He sigh when see my toe.... :( He perscribes me pain killer & antibiotic to reduce my swell and blood clots. He could not confirm is there any bone fracture until the toe swell gone. But he console me I will be alright in few more days. However, my toe nail will be chip off after the swell gone :-( New toe nail will be growing again in few more weeks later, but.. sigh... it will be uneven and ugly.. it need few months or half a year back to normal textures *sob sob*

Dear dear accompany me back and wrap my toe again before rush back to office...

Today really my bad day :-( My toe hit by a 1.5 litre water bottle!! The China man who slot his stupid water bottle in his stupid bag drop off and directly hit my toe!!!!!!! Arrgh!! Idiot! The impact was SO hard! Causing I could not even stand in the train! Glad that there are few kind peoples who give out the seat for me, sigh..

I can't walk properly after the hit. Slowly my toe become red and swell. Dear dear have to carry me and rub my toe once reach home. When midnight come, terrible thing happen on me. My toe from red become blue black and double size swollen from my original toe. The blue black was at the root of the toe nail, sigh... it was really painful and I can't walk properly *sob sob* Even slightly touch on it, I will cry! :-(

Dear dear is going back home town tomorrow, therefore he had left earlier before my toe become worse. Initially we never realize how bad my toe will turn to, until now.. I was trying to sleep after apply ointment oil, but I could not sleep due to the pain! Dear dear come and look for me again at about 11.30pm. Sigh.. He came to check my condition and to wrap my toe. I took pain killer for sleep to reduce my pain :-( The pain was so sharp and pain, like something sting on me. Really torture me..

Dear dear wait till I sleep then rush back home to pack his belongings. Sigh, really trouble dear dear to rush here & there :-( He didn't sleep much due to this morning woke up early at 5am, went to China Town queue for Uncle Lim 林志源 BBQ Pork. He's been queued for 5 hours plus just to buy the BBQ pork for our families :-( Thank you dear dear.... Today causing you stay late to pack.. Sigh.

Today suppose stay at home, but due to yesterday saw 1 denim skirt from Espirit, try on it... Like it so much!!! My member card had expired *sob sob*, lucky manage to borrow from Mervin. Have additional 20% discount hor!!

So back to topic, crawl out today to Raffles Shopp Centre to grab my skirt! Yeah... 1 more new skirt for my CNY wear~ Have a walk in Raffles Shopp... hunting for wedding shoes, end up... duh~ Nothing catch our eye.... :-(

Had tea break at JC Donut, yum yum~~ Ya, I know it's very fattening! But only once in a blue moon ya! :p

Dinner meet up with Luke and Sharon at Shokudo @ Raffles Shopp Centre basement. A Japanese buffet with lots of varieties... yum yum~~

After dinner, we pop by to Cafe Cartel for a drink... stay till 11.30pm and everyone rush to catch our last train! Haha.......

Tonight have Pre-Chinese New Year gathering dinner with the gangs at Crystal Jade @ Plaza Singapura branch (Dear dear, me, Sharon, Chris, Carmen, Luke, Kok Sheng and Simon). Together celebrate Kok Sheng birthday too! A surprise birthday celebration for him :p

We ordered a set menu for 10 pax cost $438. The gathering is fun but the foods sucks! We never been to PS branch... now we know. Sad.. but is alright, we enjoyed our gathering and Lao Sheng!

Before the dinner end, Chris bring out a cake bought from Bread Talk - to the birthday boy Kok Sheng aka Yogi Bear :-p He was quite surprised when we sang him birthday song.. from his reaction can sense that he's touch!! No tears though! Haha.. Happy Birthday Yogi Bear!

Exciting day for dear dear! He's going for fitting today!! We have appointment with our bridal shop at 1pm... Yeah~~ Going to see dear dear fitting!!

Reached bridal shop at 1.30pm, gosh.....so many people! Sunday should be more customers I guess. Our bridal coordinator assigned us to sit at the fitting corner, more cosy.. easier for dear dear to try different attire.1st time see dear dear change to full set of suits, so much different! Dear dear look so smart and confident on his suit! Hehe… dear dear feel a bit uneasy and weird, in his 32 years life, he has not try on suit before! LOL~~ But I do feel he look very smart and handsome! *mind me for this* Haha……..

The tailor assistant help dear dear to measure the whole suits for alteration. Finally after half an hour of ‘fashion show’, it’s done! (MAN fitting really express, so fast compare to gown fitting!) :p Now is the time to choose which suits dear dear prefer. We sit in front of a big plasma TV to see all the photos taken by the tailor assistant earlier. After ‘scan’ all the suits carefully, finally we make up our decision which suits to choose for dear dear! Yeah~~

What’s next? Not my turn though :-( my fitting is on another day. But my coordinator is very kind! She brings 2 gowns for me to try on just for fun! Hooray~~~ Haha!! I was so happy!! Imagine, this is my 1^st time stuck in wedding gown! Gosh……. The feeling unexplainable! I was very happy! Haha, although this is not the real fitting yet! I can’t imagine how would I react on my fitting day, especially on my wedding day! Oh dear~~

I tried 2 different gowns with different design. I like the 1st one most... very elegant!! ^_* Awaiting unpatiently for my 1st fitting! *blush blush*

We continue with the interview session after my fun time. What is Interview about?? Sound like getting a job ya! Haha….. Interview session is to let us describe in details whatever we like/dislike in our photo shooting session. Something like build a communication between the couple and the photographer. It’s very fun! We stayed at the bridal shop for about 3.5 hours just to discuss all the details. Gosh… lolz! Maybe I was too freaking choosy and particular… Not mean to be picky but that’s the only 1 time in our life – Photo Album! Of course we need to make sure everything goes well and the outcome fulfills our requirements!

** The fitting is for our photo shoot! Actual day will have another session again ^_^

By the time we step out from the bridal shop, it was 5.10pm! I was so tired, due to yesterday night could not sleep well :-( We head back home and catch a short nap before go for dinner…….. extremely tired.

So happy today!!! Waiting waiting........ :-P

Today appointment with Steven, our hair stylist. Go for trimming and hair treatment. 2 months never trim my hair, dear dear keep making noise about his messy hair. Haha..

Reached Plaza Sing about 12pm and have our lunch at top floor food court - Kopitiam. I ordered 1 Omu Rice(omelette rice) cost me $5.50 from 1 Japanese stall name Kappa Tei Japanese Cuisine. Idiot! I NEVER had such bad experience before in a food stall! When I shell off the omelette, guess what! I could not spot my fried rice!!!!!! When I 'dig' carefully, I only managed to see the portion is only about 1 table spoon of RICE! Sucks! It obviously cheating! I was very pissed off and told dear dear after he bought his dish. Dear dear bring back the plate of 'rice' to the stall and asked. The staff not even speak a word and bring in the plate. We thought they will change another plate for us, BUT we are wrong!!! What we saw was 1 more table spoon of fried rice was scope on the same plate! Oh my god! Such a swindler! See photo below:

This is what I get for paying $5.50' rice'! Such a shameful business ethics! I was really pissed off! Spoilt my appetite! Such a cheater! I will definitely complaint this to the related organization!

After hair cut, rush down to Orchard to shop for our Chinese New Year goodies and my new year clothes! As every year we will buy goodies from 瓜子大王, like cashew nuts, macadamia, melon seeds, etc.. yummy! But this year their stock obviously lesser than last few years.. maybe the economy is bad now... haiz..

Shop shop shop shop! Takashimaya has 10% store wide, of course we will not miss out this chance! :-p Bought my mascara & eye shadow from Bobby Brown and got my new wear too! Dear dear bought me 1 dress from Yin & Yang. I like this dress since last month, but due to the price is not cheap and no discount, dear dear advice me not to buy yet and endure another1-2 months. My dear always has smart foresight! Haha... his patience always bring favorable! See, I got the dress with 20% off! Yeah~~ Arigatou dear dear!! *muakz!

Got lots of gains today! Bought 3 dresses + 1 top (2 dresses from Plaza Sing) , Sloggi (if you know what's about :p) , cosmetics and Fancl eye mask (got my double point only today). Yeah... ^_^

Shop till 10.30pm, KO soon... shopping can be very tiring duh~~

Tomorrow have another appointment, very important meeting! Interview session with our Bridal Shop! Yeah!! *_^ Exciting.....

Today finally confirmed our actual day VG after searching for half a year! Yeah! 1 more thing ticked from our task list! Really hard to find a good video to fulfill our needs and give us the 'romance' feel! We know him can do it! ^_^

Reached home late again after meet up and dinner.... tomorrow going for my mani + pedicure. Apparently wanna do 1 week before CNY, but the staff told me there's extra surcharge for CNY session! Really ridiculous! What rubbish have surcharge for manicure and pedicure! Some more I have package with them! $#@#$%^&*........ even Salon also never practice this.. sigh!

Today dear dear still off, he went out for Photo Shooting and he come to accompany me for lunch!
Yeah yeah!

Very exciting day for us! We going to collect our Wedding Band tonight! Hooray~~~

After knock off, we go straight to the shop collect our Wedding Band. We tried on it, FIT nicely now! ^_* Initially we plan to do engraving by the shop, but then the Sales Representative told us they could not engrave Chinese Name. We had planned earlier, we prefer our Chinese name to be engrave on the ring, it's more meaningful.... due to Calvin & Michell, lots of people have this name though :p

Thus we collect it back and will go 'somewhere' (suggested by the Sales Rep) to do our Laser Engraving. More design as in fonts we could choose for the words! Cool huh~~ Awaiting to do that this coming weekend!

Backed home snap snap snap our Wedding Band portfolio! :p Very happy to see the ring! Simple yet elegant! Love them so much~~ We tying our knots by this rings on 10.09.2009. Eight more months to go!

Happy New Year 2009 Everyone!

Since it is the 1^st day of New Year, I had planned an exciting game for our gangs. Where we go??

Challenge in Forest Adventure at Bedok Reservoir! Let’s go!

Meeting the rest – Luke, Sharon and Kok Sheng at Bedok. Have our breakfast and take bus to Bedok Reservoir. Luke helped to book online to reserve 5 of us in 11.30am slot.
*take note, please call or book online before make a trip there due to there’s limit per group, no payment needed for booking online. There is kid course also so it is suitable for family too*

We reached there about 11am, register and waiting for ‘orientation’ given by the instructor before we can start the game. The adventure course have 4 sites to complete.

Whole sessions take approximately 2 hours. Interesting huh! Let’s do it!

The games were quite challenging. Although is not that hard, but the crossing single log, swinging log and Tarzan jump really need attention and guts! Haha! But overall VERY FUN!!!! The game sessions were quite long and too many photos taken. I will only upload few here, if would like to see more photos kindly go to my Facebook (only friends viewable :p)

FUN right! We will organize another trip again! Yeah! Satisfaction on 1st day of 2009!

Yeah! Today dear back to Singapore!! After few days not in town, miss him so much! He purposely came back earlier to celebrate New Year with me~~ ^_^

Half day work suppose, but due to work load I only managed to leave office at 4pm. Before that had lunch with Luke, then back office continue work….. *sob sob*

How are we going to plan our New Year’s Eve? No where as every year, tonight we had make reservation at JUMBO Seafood @ East Coast, what else?? Enjoy our BIG Crab Feast! Our favorite! Still remember on 2006 we celebrated our New Year’s at Batam Turi Beach Resort :p

Pity me, after watched 12 midnight fireworks from TV (live), I still have to continue work by sending email to UK office……Sigh. Gotta sleep early, tomorrow need to wake up early! I had organized an interesting activity for the gangs! YEAH~~

Rest & relax day for us today. Dear dear suggested we go IKEA after have our lunch. Yeah~~ Finally! After lunch, we wait for free shuttle bus to IKEA Tampines at Bedok MRT station. There are free shuttle bus to IKEA from Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris and Sengkang. Very convenient! But it was pack with lots of peoples!!

1st time to IKEA new branch. Wow, IKEA Tampines was huge! Really can't compare with IKEA Alexandra branch. We both enjoy ourself there, seeing furniture, house concept, and get some ideas for our future house. So warm :p We awaiting for our house soon, next year hopefully - God Bless!

So happy! We managed to get 1 stuff where we need for our wedding ^-^ We both like it very much! Time to search for more ideas how to 'decorate' it! Yeah~~ Settled 1 more thing from our checklist! Hooray~~

Tomorrow is Boxing Day but we both need to work, but it's Friday!

Backed home received 2 lovely gifts from sister families. 1 is Famous Amos cookies for dear dear, another 1 is Mango V neck long sleeves for me! Yeah, thank you sis!!

Oh ya, yesterday dear dear received a call from 1 sales representative, to inform us our Wedding Band is ready to collect! Yeah yeah~~~~Going to check out our wedding band soon!! So exciting!!

After celebrate for Christmas, New Year is coming... 2008 going to end soon... heading to 2009!

Early morning heavy rain! Gosh.......really feel so lazy to drag myself away from bed! Lots of people enjoying their leave now but not me *sob sob*

Glad is half day today... yeah~~ Meeting Perlyn for lunch at MOF and exchange gift :p She bought me a blusher!! Thank you pinkie porky! 3pm meeting Luke at TCC City Link Mall, since I got nothing to do for the half day and dear dear not free yet, thus drag Luke come out to meet me! Haha... Dear dear join us about 4.30pm and continue our chat in TCC, follow by Eddy reached by 6pm.

We left TCC at 6.30pm and head to our Christmas Eve dinner place - Brotzeit @ Raffles Shopping Mall. I had make a reservation since last 2 weeks, be a organizer not EASY! The rest reached 1 follow by each - Chris + Kok Sheng (Chris friend, our new friend), Angee and lastly Simon. All 8 of us.

Gift exchange at about 9.30pm, pick a booo........ our lucky pick is Angee and Kok Sheng. What is the gift??? Haha.... let's see below:

We all dismissed at about 11.30pm, head back home before 12 midnight. Avoid the midnight charge!

Today is my lovely niece Wendy birthday, she's gonna be 1 years old! Cutie little monster.. LOL~~

Dear dear & me assigned to buy birthday cake back home, due to we will celebrate at home instead of outside, more convenient! Bought a Chocolate cake from RIVE GAUCHE from my office downstair. Is a newly open specialty French/Japanese Pastry, by POKKA Food. This cake named as 'Guanaja'. Made with a French top quality bitter sweet chocolate mousse and ganache, with two layers of chocolate sponges. Furthermore, it comes with a bottom layer of crispy biscuit.. Start drooling liao.. Let's try out!!! (*the cake is really VERY NICE!)

Reached home at 7pm, today is the earliest day I reach home! :p My brother in law - Andrew had reached home with lots of foods! Hungry!! Prepare for the dinner and 'setup'... we had wine as well for 4 of us (only adults of course!) :p

Received an email notification from Tiger Airway saying my schedule changed on 24th Jan for the ticket I bought, Chinese New Year back from SG-KL!! Gosh!! What rubbish! They can just simply change our schedule by emailing us! So angry! My schedule had changed from morning flight to late evening time, where I will reach KL on 10.15pm!!! Shit! Called them and asked, they claims budget airline has the rights to change passenger schedule due to their own reason. So angry! I requested to cancel my flight, and due to the flight has post phone more than 4 hours than actual timing (10am change to 9pm) they allow to refund. But refund time need more than 4 weeks! Oh my god.... this is BUDGET AIRLINE!!!

Tonight meeting another videographer with few couples from Styleweddings.sg, Angela + Sam, Lesley + Joel. So far, this is the VG that we quite satisfy with his work, most importantly reasonable price! At least his video montage manage to give us the 'romance' feel. We had short-listed him and going to see him for 2nd time.... finger cross!

Reached home have conference call with US team, tired.......zzzzzzzz.........

Tomorrow is my lovely niece Wendy 1 years old birthday! Yeah, going to celebrate with her at home... dear dear & me had buy her present, many presents!! LOL~~

Yesterday night we went to Orchard NIKE Flagship shop, just to buy the wind runner jacket + 2 NIKE bearbricks! Yeah~~ We gotten our same series of wind breaker – red silver and yellow gold. Guess which 1 belongs to who? :p The main thing that dear dear want is the limited edition NIKE Bearbricks! Haha.. Got it now! Wind runner bought by dear dear… so sweet!!

This morning spend time at home doing house work…. 2pm need to go church to book our church wedding date J After church visit, head to Orchard for our last minutes Christmas shopping! Families and colleagues pressie, going to be headache. Orchard was thronged everywhere! Godness……really had a hard time to walk!

Dinner went to Centre Point 三盅两件 have our dinner, yum yum………..after dinner, we walked from Orchard to Plaza Sing. Went to Action City looked for our friend there... Gotten many gifts from here too!! Yeah~~Shopp till 10 plus and get back home, we were so tired! Tomorrow gonna be laze at home, wrapping all the gifts and become Santa Claus on eve!

Today is mummy birthday! Called her to wish her Happy Birthday. We, siblings all share bought a jade earring to mummy, she love it so much and she already wear it when I called her :-P Sorry mummy, unable to back home to celebrate with you :-( Wish you stay healthy, happy and long life!! Night time have company Christmas dinner. This year quite special where spouse and fiance was invited, approved by our boss. Generous huh? :p Dinner venue choose by me - Villa Bali at Lock Road. Haven't been there before, let's try out!

7pm meet dear dear at Villa Bali, the restaurant just nearby dear dear office. Mervin's wife Hanna reached as well. The place was very cosy and special, surrounding environment just make us feel like at Bali! We ordered lots of lots of foods! Wow........ the foods are YUMMY!!!!! Thumbs up for all the foods here! Yum yum.......... very nice!!

We have gift exchange just after the dinner. Before this we had draw lots - where we have to buy gift for the particular person we picked. As for us, our lucky pick is James! Haha... before this dear dear & me had bought the gift which is a Christmas design towel set! We found it more practical and suitable for anyone. We had gift from Mervin & Hanna, which is a tupperware. Nice nice... sweet pinky tupperware. Thank you!!

Tonight have gathering with Styleweddings.sg members and couples (those who travel on cruise together) at Dallas Restaurant & Bar - Boat Quay.

Reached Dallas restaurant about 7pm, straight head to 2nd floor and saw Angela & Samuel had reached. Find a seat and chit-chatting with them, follow by Joyce & Calvin, Jacelyn, Joel & Lesley, Lawrence. Popeye & Zoe were late! Haha... due to traffic jam at Andrew Road, forgive them bah!

We had dinner platter where choose by Zoe and free flow soft drinks, coffee + tea whole night. Have a lovely night chit-chatting and mingle around with all couples, where we all missed tat during the cruise trip. Everyone can sit down and share all the wedding preparations. We even plan to see 1 VG coming Monday! Haha... hope can 'fight' for more discount!

1st time met dear dear auntie in Singapore, 1st question from her is 'when you going to stay with us during Chinese New Year in Bahau?' ........ speechless. Guess no excuse for me anymore after 2009, 2010 will be my 1st year starting to celebrate Chinese New Year eve dinner at 'in law' house. 1 more year for me to enjoy at home - next year Jan 2009 -_-

Since nothing to do, dear dear bought ticket to watch 'Today The Day The Earth Stood Still' by the cool guy, Keanu Reeves. The story is about a mysterious alien, Klaatu (play by Keanu), travels to Earth with a simple mission to save the planet. He lands his vast space ship in Central Park, New York and announces his plans to a fearful world watching from all corners of the globe. He plan to destroy everything then re-populate the planet with clones of the current species. All except humans who he feels are responsible for Earth's destruction and must be permanently destroyed. He unleashes swarms of dust size robots who sweep through New York and the surrounding area dissolving everything in their path. As mankind fights to survive, one female scientist convinces Klaatu to stop the earth’s destruction and give human a second chance.

The movie is trying to pass message to the Homo sapien (Human) responsible in their destructive act to mother earth. Recent years catastrophes like tsunami and earthquake are very much related to global warming issue. Strange and unpredicted weather, iceberg melting situation is getting worsen. How long can the Earth stood still? Another 100 years? 200 years? I would say it won't be long if compare beginning when Earth is yet ruled by Homo sapien. After rapid civilization and human greed, living creature which exist even longer than human is seriously impacted and came to an extinction. It is time for all of us, everyone try doing their part for Earth sake. We deserve better tomorrow not only for our next generation but also all living creature co-exist with Earth .....

After movie, we have dinner at Cineleisure basement, kinda cheap and the foods not bad though, compare with restaurant (10% service charge + 7% GST) -_-' Back home after filled up our stomach. Time to rest looo ~
